Defrosting the Turkey
So I was told the best thing to do was to get a fresh Turkey the first time you make one, but their were only two fresh turkeys left and they were $45 and $55 and they were like 3 times the size of my head.
Instead I opted for the $15 8Lb Turkey. ( The turkey that weighs as much as an average Newborn)
I Decided to take the Directions off of the wrapped package before it gets all gooey when it defrosts.
